CELEBRATIONS - ENGAGEMENTS

Allman-Flint John and Darla Allman happily announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Courtney, to Lance Courporal Matthew Shawn Flint. Matt is the son of Grover, III and Jane Flint. All are of Roanoke. Both Shannon and Matt are graduates of Willaim Fleming High School. Shannon is currently a student at Virginia Western Cokmunity College and is also employed at Church Court Day Care and Kindergarten. Mat is in the United States Marine Corps stationed at Camp Pendleton, San Diego County, California. A summer wedding is being planned. Beveridge-Burnette

Heather Virginia Beveridge and William Rodney Burnette are engaged and planning to be married on December 14, 1996. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary L. Beveridge of Roanoke. A graduate of Glenvar High School, she is presently attending Virginia Western Community College and will be transferring to Roanoke College. She is employed by Beveridge and Associates. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney W. Burnette of Salem. A graduate of Glenvar High School, he is presently attending Roanoke College, and is also employed by Beveridge and Associates.

Armentrout-Martin

Pamela Kosko Armentrout and Dwayne Patrick Martin are engaged and planning to be married on July 20, 1996. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. Wayne Graves of Buchanan. She is employed by Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital. He is the son of Ms. Pattie Neal of Roanoke. He is employed by Sound Decision

O'Dell-Dixon

Charles L. O'Dell and Gail H. Albert, both of Roanoke, announce the engagement of their daughter, Edith Ellery, to Mr. Barry Wayne Dixon of Roanoke. He is the son of Wayne and Jackie Dixon of Fincastle. A July wedding is planned.

Noell-Ruble

I would like to announce the engagement of my son, Patrick Taylor Ruble to Dana Anne Noell. They are to be married Saturday, June 29. He is the son of W. Thomas Ruble of Goodview and Janet B. Griensenbeck of Roanoke. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas S. Noell of Roanoke.
