TRAFFIC STOP BRINGS CRACK BUST IN NARROWS

Police arrested a Pittsburgh man Sunday for carrying crack cocaine valued at more than $2,000.

Dwayne P. Giles was stopped for driving 10 miles over the speed limit early Sunday morning, according to a news release from the Narrows Police Department.

When Officer Michael Weiss pulled Giles' car over, he noticed suspicious behavior and called for assistance. Officer Kelly Frazier's drug detection dog, Cocoa, found a small amount of marijuana and more than 100 rocks of crack cocaine. Giles also carried $515 in small bills.

Giles was released on a $10,000 bond; a trial date is pending.
