NRCC GETS GRANT TO RECRUIT MINORITIES

New River Community College has received a grant of more than $10,300 for the recruitment and retention of minority students. The grant was awarded by the Council for Higher Education in Virginia through the Virginia Community College System.

The grant represents the initial year of a two-year funding period.
