Biological Monitoring will host a "Trashing Cancer" clean-up at the Montgomery County Parks and Recreation picnic area on Saturday, June 22 at 8 a.m.
The program is sponsored by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and offers citizens across the country a way to make a difference in local communities by cleaning up parks, neighborhoods, abandoned areas, natural and recreational areas, rivers or streams.
Participants collect pledges for their cleanup efforts. Proceeds help children afflicted with cancer and other catastrophic diseases.
