Evans, 35, is a recent graduate of the Harold J. Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, where he received 600 hours of training in different types of massage, including: Cayce/Reilly, Swedish, sports, pregnancy, geriatric, British soft-tissue release, Sotai-Ho, kinesiology, touch for health, and reflexology, as well as basic and advanced anatomy and physiology.

Evans specializes in Cayce/Reilly massage, which is based on Swedish massage but has an osteopathic and naturopathic flavor, and reflexology, which uses massage to stimulate the feet and hands to produce a balancing effect throughout the body, Evan said.

He also has studied martial arts and the related healing arts for 15 years. He is a member of the International Massage Association and is cardio-pulmonary association certified.

He will call on clients at their homes or place of business.

Fees: $35 per hour; $50 for an hour and a half; $70 for two hours, which could include an hour of massage and an hour of reflexology.
