Stephanie attended the Governor's School in Roanoke City, as well as S.R.H.S., and was captain of the basketball team, volleyball team, and track. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and Student Government. In addition to all her school activities, Stephanie was an active member in her church's youth group, earning various awards in the AWANA program.
