          Glue-All to seal a stem after clipping off a rose. She says the glue
          protects the plant from certain insects. Her rose garden on South 
          Franklin Street in Christiansburg has 180 individual rose bushes. 
          She has become so knowledgeable about the flowers that she took an 
          exam to be accepted into the American Rose Society.  As part of her 
          duties as a member, she is expected to help others who have problems
          or need advice on growing roses. color.
