Exhibits will rotate weekly during the month.
Visitors will have an opportunity to vote for the People's Choice Award, to be presented at the close of the exhibit.

Stanton, Senior Research Historian at Monticello's International Center for Jefferson Studies, will speak on ``Slave Life and the Plantation Community at Poplar Forest and Monticello.''
Stanton is a leading authority on Jefferson's life at Monticello and is responsible for Monticello's African-American oral history project, ``Getting Word.''
There is no fee for the program but reservations are required. Call (804) 525-1806.
Rail photos sought
The Virginia Museum of Transportation is seeking old and new photographs of Norfolk & Western, Virginia Railway, Chesapeake & Ohio, Southern Railroad, and RF&P railroad employees for use in its new permanent exhibit, ``Working the High Iron,'' which will open in October as part of the 1996 Roanoke Railway Festival.
The exhibit was conceived from the idea of creating a railroad ``family album'' to show the human side of the Industrial Revolution in Virginia. The museum is particularly interested in contacting families who have had multiple members who worked for the railroad. Photographs of groups of railroad employees and workers on the job will also be included in the exhibit.
If you have photographs that could be used in the exhibit, call Elizabeth Bishop at the museum, 342-5670.
