CRACKER BARREL OPENS

          line when the new Troutville Cracker Barrel Old Country Store opened
          at 6 a.m. Monday, said Nick Stein, general manager. The Roanoke 
          Valley site, at Interstate 81 and U.S. 11, employs 200 people. 
          Associate managers are Ralph McIntyre of Bedford, Kelly Gilkeson of 
          Boones Mill, Mary Myers of Fincastle and Brock Elmore of Nashville. 
          Laura Ashwell manages the country store, a component of the 250-site
          chain.
