MAN SURVIVES 2 DAYS UPSIDE DOWN IN CAR

A Frederick County motorist was trapped for two days in a wrecked car that had plunged to the bottom of a ravine.

State police Sgt. S.A. Hawkins said Steve Little's Plymouth Neon left a rural road in Frederick County on Friday and rolled down 60 feet.

The wreck was noticed about 8 p.m. Sunday when a passenger in a passing car looked over the edge of the embankment, Hawkins said.

Hawkins said Little's car stopped on its roof with Little upside down and unable to free himself.

Little, 45, was in fair condition Tuesday with multiple fractures, a hospital spokeswoman said.
