A 21-year-old Craig County woman was abducted Saturday outside a discount store in the 1700 block of Peters Creek Road Northwest, then raped.
Roanoke police gave this account:
Two men grabbed the woman as she got in her car about noon.
She screamed and kicked the men, but they forced her into the back seat of another car and drove behind the store.
One man put his hand over her mouth and threatened to kill her if she moved. She was pushed down in the seat and her clothing was removed. One man raped her while the other apparently kept watch outside the car. The rapist then pushed her out of the car and threw out her clothes.
The men drove away.
