A story in Friday's paper incorrectly reported the vote by Virginia's Democratic members of the House on a bill to overhaul the welfare system. Reps. Owen Pickett of Virginia Beach and Norman Sisisky of Petersburg voted for the bill; all other Virginia Democrats voted against it.
