          Saturday at Lightweight Block Plant on Shenandoah Avenue in Roanoke.
          Nelson, of Star City Masonry, won by placing 77 blocks on his wall 
          in 20 minutes. Ron St. Clair assisted, passing bricks and mortar. 
          Nelson's victory in the Virginia Masonry Council event qualified him
          for the state contest. Last year's National Concrete Masonry 
          Association champion placed 132 blocks. color.
