          Circuit Court Tuesday morning for his arraignment on capital murder,
          first-degree murder and arson charges stemming from the August 1994 
          deaths of a Vinton couple and their two daughters. Judge G.O. 
          Clemens continued the hearing until next Tuesday, when the court 
          will appoint a lawyer for Bramblett, 54. He has been without an 
          attorney since his arrest last week in Spartanburg, S.C.   color
