Cooper birth
Anna Victoria Cooper was born July 28, 1996, at 11:50 a.m. at Community Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 6 oz. and was 19 inches long. Her parents are Bill and Robin Cooper. Brother, Will Cooper, age 13, and sister Ainsley Cooper, age 9. Grandparents are Suzanne and Earl Plyer. Attending physician was Dr. Julien Meyer, Jr. We wish to thank the entire staff of Physicians to Women and especially Dr. Robert Vermillion and Pat for their care of our little one, Anna Victoria. We especially appreciate the help of Dr. Julien Meyer, Jr. and Nancy Hammond during delivery
Gallagher birth
Tom and Julianne Gallagher proudly announce the birth of their beautiful daughte r, Taylor Nicole. Taylor was born at 1:05 p.m. on July 1, 1996. She weighed 7 lbs. 6 ozs. and was 20 1/2 inches long
Taylor has a big brother, Daniel. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jay Assenat of Roanoke, Va. and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Gallagher of Southold, N.Y. Special thanks to Dr. Hardee and his staff, and all the nurses in Labor and Delivery. Most of all, thanks to God for our precious Little Girl.
Maddox birth
David and Rhonda Maddox proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Lauren Taylor, born June 21, 1996, at 10:33 a.m. at Lewis Gale Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 1/2 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are James and Bonnie Hale. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Mary Maddox.
Special thanks to the delivery physician, Dr. Thomas Winn, for all his encouragement, understanding and patience; the staff of Drs. Jennings, Winn & Forth and of Lewis Gale Hospital; Miss Brandy, Lauren's best friend, and most of all to our Lord God for his most precious gift to us .
Poff birth
Mikayla Ann Poff was born July 19, 1996, at 4:16 p.m. at Lewis Gale Medical Center. She weighed 8 lbs 8 oz. and was 21 inches long. Her parents are Michael and Cathy Poff. Sister Jeri Faye Poff is four and a half years old. Attending physician was Dr. Thomas M. Winn.
Ware birth
Paul and Dawn Ware proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Scarlett Rebecca Ware. Scarlett was born on July 18, 1996, at 12:59 a.m. She weighed 6 lbs. and 13 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ware of Martinsville, Virginia. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. George Winter of Roanoke. Great-grandmother is the late Nannie S. Winter.
We would especially like to thank Dr. Francis X. Moffitt and his staff at Brambleton OB/GYN Associates for their excellent care during the pregnancy and delivery. We would also like to thank the nurses at Community Hospital on the Labor and Delivery Floor and the Mother/Baby Unit for all their attentiveness and support during our stay. Most of all, we thank God for our healthy, precious baby.
