Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office are looking for two men who robbed the Radford Travel Center at gunpoint early Tuesday.
No one was hurt during the robbery near Interstate 81 exit 109, authorities said.
In a news release, the Sheriff's Office gave this account of the robbery: Deputies responded to the BP Station on Tyler Road near Radford after getting a call at 12:25 a.m.
Moments earlier, two men had entered the store. One man left while the second man remained behind and threatened the clerk with a gun while demanding money.
The clerk gave the man an undetermined amount of cash. The robber then held the clerk at gunpoint while he forced the clerk to leave the store and lie on the ground in the parking lot. The man then fled.
Anyone with information about the robbery should call the Sheriff's Office at 382-6913.
