          building were on the outside looking in Monday. The building was 
          condemned because its foundation cracked and the back walls buckled 
          after heavy rains last week. The residents won't be allowed to enter
          the building and retrieve their belongings until Wednesday. The 
          walls were to be shored up today by a house-moving company the owner
          hired to make the structure safe for people to enter temporarily.
