* Today, 10 a.m., volunteers can come to the Courthouse Annex to price yard sale items. SHARE for the Christiansburg groups is canceled.

* Thursday, 2 p.m., Blacksburg group goes to Heritage Hall.

* Monday, 10:30 a.m., volunteers can help with mailing for Brush Mountain Arts and Crafts. Meet at the Courthouse Annex.

* Monday, 10:30 a.m., Shawsville group will go to Pandapas Pond to clean up. A picnic lunch will follow.

* Monday, 9 a.m., the quilters will meet at the Courthouse Annex.

* Tuesday, 2 p.m., the Warm Hearth Group will host the Brookmeade birthday party.

* Aug. 28, 11:30 a.m., van leaves for brunch trip to the Best Western in Radford.

* Sept. 9, 10 a.m., registration for classes and trips begins. Classes and trips are on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals can register up to three people in addition to themselves for any program if space is available. Phone reservations are not accepted. Registrations can be mailed to the center, but do not guarantee a spot.

* Sept. 10, 8:30-10 a.m., Basic Computing II class starts. Registration ongoing. Class meets Sept. 10, 12, 17 and 19. Cost $10. Prerequisite: Basic Computer I (or equivalent).

* Heritage Hall Rummage Sale: Friday, 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the recreation room of the nursing center. All proceeds go to the Resident Aid Fund to purchase Christmas gifts for the residents.
