ECPI TO TAKE OVER FORMER BANK CENTER

The former NationsBank operations center at 5234 Airport Road has been sold to Skyview Holdings of Virginia Beach for $825,000 and will be leased to ECPI, a computer education firm also based at Virginia Beach. ECPI's Roanoke school will move there from 1030 S. Jefferson St. Skyview and ECPI are owned by the same principals.

John Dickinson and Ed Hall of Hall Associates Inc., who represented NationsBank in the transaction, said the Airport Road building on 2.5 acres was the bank's western region operations center until it consolidated the functions at an office near Crossroads Mall.
