Bob Dole's campaign manager said Saturday that Green Party ticket candidate Ralph Nader should be considered as a possible participant in any presidential debates. Appearing on CNN's ``Evans & Novak'' program, Scott Reed said he had written Clinton campaign manager Peter Knight suggesting a meeting this week to discuss debates. Reed said inclusion of Reform Party nominee Ross Perot is negotiable, but that ``there is another part of this debate we need to talk about too - that's Ralph Nader's existence in the debates.'' Perot's candidacy generally is viewed as taking votes away from Dole, while liberal Nader and American Indian activist Winona LaDuke are running mates on the ballot in more than 15 states. Reed predicted Nader will be on the ballot in about 30 states.
