ADVOCATE FOR DISABLED, BERNARD POSNER, DIES

Bernard Posner, 80, a government bureaucrat who became a champion of the rights of the disabled, died Wednesday of a stroke at a nursing home in Rockville, Md. He was executive director of the President's Committee for the Employment of the Handicapped.
