CAT Logistics of Roanoke will hold an informational meeting for transportation managers on the North American Free Trade Agreement today at Holiday Inn-Tanglewood. The meeting begins at 8 a.m. The speaker will be Linda Bauer Darr, vice president for international affairs for the American Trucking Association.

The Roanoke Valley is one of 11 test markets nationwide for a new co-branded Visa credit card issued by NationsBank and Cox Communications Inc. The card rewards purchases with free entertainment on the TV cable system operated by Cox in Roanoke, the companies said Wednesday.
