FOR THE RECORD

A photograph of a pin designed by Radford University art professor Jerry Krebs was published upside down in Friday's New River Current. Also the title of the piece is "Roots Bloom Too." Incorrect information was supplied to the paper about the title.

Workers at the Hoechst-Celanese Corp.'s Celco plant in Giles County are involved in a dispute with management involving the creation of a "new job class" that they believe will violate seniority rights. Also, the first public display of the disagreement was in a Sept. 4 advertisement in the Virginian Leader of Pearisburg. The job term and the first workers' advertisement date were incorrectly reported in a story in Thursday's New River Current.
