* One-Stop Cellular, a cellular phone and pager dealer, has opened at Valley View Mall, Roanoke. The company, which also has stores in Danville, Martinsville and Lynchburg, represents United States Cellular. Paul Branson, formerly a salesman in the company's Lynchburg store, is manager at the Valley View outlet.

* Lawyers in two lending-bias lawsuits against NationsBank Corp. met with a federal judge Tuesday in Washington, D.C., to hammer out the way the year-old dispute will proceed. Meetings were to continue today on the second suit, filed by plaintiff Julian Stackhaus, an FBI agent, and eight other blacks who claim NationsBank denied them home loans because of their race.
