WALT SCOTT of Roanoke has been named a Second Quarter Quality Award winner by Oakwood Homes Corp., a producer of manufactured houses. Scott is part of a nine-member team of Oakwood employees who created a manual and video on home installation for contractors to use to increase customer satisfaction and decrease waste and error.
