HIGHLAND FALLS SHORT IN 2ND HALF SHIFFLETT'S EFFORT WASTED IN DEFEAT

Highland trailed by three points at the half, but could not keep up with Eastern Mennonite as the Rams dropped a 35-22 decision Saturday night in Monterey.

Highland (2-4) managed only 22 points for the game and was led by Tammy Shifflett, who scored 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds.

Eastern Mennonite (2-6) was led by Emily Mullet's 17 points.
