Chandler birth
Joshua Lee Chandler was born September 10, 1996 at 7:56 a.m. at Community Hospital. He was 7 lbs. 14 1/2 oz. and 21 1/2 inches. Mark and Teresa Chandler of Goodview are the proud parents. Joshua Lee has a big brother and sister; Daniel Stephen, 4 years, and Heather Lynn, 17 months. The proud grandparents are Wayne and Margaret Clark of Roanoke and Gene and Norma Chandler of Goodview. The attending physicians were Dr. Pierce and Dr. Kurt Stockstill.
Critzer birth
Derek Jordan Critzer was born September 5, 1996, at 8:28 p.m. at Community Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 8 1/2 oz. and was 22 inches long. His parents are Mark Critzer and Karen Thompson Critzer. Grandparents are Harold and Linda Stull of Salem and Martha Critzer of Roanoke. Dr. K. R. Stockstill and Dr. R. K. Falls, attending physicians. Emma Leigh Hawkins was born on July 9, 1996 at 9:44 a.m. in Roanoke, VA. She weighed 6 lbs. 2 1/2 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches. Her proud parents are David and Gina Hawkins. Her grandparents are Richard and Carole Hawkins of Roanoke, VA, and Charles and Ethel Wrig ht of Troy, Illinois. The attending physician was Dr. Lynn Keene.
Pribble birth
Nathan Edward Pribble was born on September 3, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in Salem. He weighed 9 lbs. 11 oz. and was 21 inches. His proud parents are Bill and Robin Pribble, and he has an older sister, Kathryn Alyssa Pribble, 5 years, and an older brother, Carson William Pribble, 2 years. His grandparents are Leland and Dot Pribble and his great grandparents are Charles and Virginia Ford, Charles and Mabel Pribble (paternal) and Arthurenne Powers (maternal). The attending physician at Lewis-Gale Hospital was Dr. Gustafson.
Spencer birth
Jamie and Kathy Spencer proudly announce the birth of their son, Logan Michael, on August 14, 1996, at 9:27 a.m. at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital. Logan weighed 6 pounds 6 1/2 ounces and was 20 inches long. The maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph V. Judy, Jr. of Roanoke. The paternal grandparents are Mr. James L. Spencer of Roanoke and the late Elizabeth H. Spencer. The attending physicians were Dr. Randall Falls and Dr. Kurt Stockstill.
