The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is looking for Virginia food producers and processors to include in the newest edition of the Virginia Processed Food Directory, which will be published next year.
Free listings in the directory, for distribution to institutional and trade buyers, will cover product categories from dried apples, beverages and barbecue sauce to sweets and snacks, tofu and wine. Paid ads also are available.
