Gov. George Allen, on a trade mission to Europe, announced contracts Tuesday that will benefit two New River Valley firms. Radva Corp. of Radford will supply $800,000 in housing manufacturing equipment to a Polish concern. VTLS Inc. of Blacksburg landed a library software contract with a Polish library.
