* Office Suppliers Inc. of Roanoke today opens its new facility in Patterson Industrial Park after moving from its Aerial Way Drive site. The privately owned office supply business has more than $4 million in annual sales.

* Bryan Buchanan Auto Auction Inc. will move from Cloverdale to Montvale. Owner Bryan K. Buchanan said he bought the 16-acre tract at U.S. 460 and Virginia 607 from the Sellers estate for $110,000. Fred Thomas and Barry Cole of Hall Associates Inc. in Roanoke represented the estate. Buchanan will build a 7,200-square-foot auction house on the site.
