Members of the Christiansburg Lions Club will be taking donations at area stores today and Saturday as part of their semi-annual White Cane Days.
Members will collect money and old eye glasses at Hills, Kmart, Wal-Mart, Kroger and Food Lion. The donations will support sight-saving efforts.
Each year the Lions collect about $2,500 during their two White Cane Days. It is the club's biggest fund raiser.
