2 MEMBERS RENAMED TO VINTON BOARDS

James L. Echols and Robert W. Benninger have been reappointed to Vinton town boards.

Echols was renamed to the town Planning Commission for a four-year term, ending in October 2000.

Benninger was named to a new term on the Vinton Fair Housing Board. The term will end in October 1999.
