          visited last year's Fall Festival of Arts & Crafts in Pulaski 
          County's historic Newbern. The village's annual three-day fete runs 
          through Sunday with old-time demonstrations, crafts, singing, 
          dancing, tours of historic buildings and (of course!) plenty of home
          cooking! color.
