CONGRESS CANDIDATES TO SPEAK

Republican Pat Muldoon and Virginia Independent Party candidate Tom Roberts, both of whom are challenging Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Abingdon, for re-election, will speak at 12:30 p.m. Monday in the Martin Hall student lounge at New River Community College.

Each will speak for about 10 minutes.
