          truck overturned Wednesday. The truck toppled when its driver tried 
          to make a left turn from Apperson Drive onto Virginia 419 in Salem 
          about 10 a.m., tying up traffic at the busy intersection. The driver
          was not injured. Cement that also spilled from the truck gave 
          emergency crews some additional help in keeping the fuel from 
          soaking into the ground, Fire Chief Danny Hall said.
