VALUJET FOUNDERS SELL CHUNK OF STOCK

The two top executives of ValuJet Airlines Inc., Robert Priddy and Lewis Jordan, each has sold 1 million shares of the airline at $8.25 per share, the company said Thursday. ValuJet said the sale is a diversification of holdings.
