Otis Covington threw a 34-yard Hail Mary to sophomore tight end Tyrone Smith with four seconds remaining to give Morgan State a 23-22 victory over Hampton on Saturday.
With no time remaining on the clock, Morgan State's Tory Davis blocked a 42-yard field goal attempt by Todd Covington to give the Bears the win in their final game of the regular season.
