What's that? You've dropped your only copy of "Joy of Cooking" into the mashed potatoes? And the guests are due to arrive any minute?
Don't get your giblets in an uproar. We've found a panel of experts to help you whip up a few Thanksgiving taste sensations your family will be talking about for years to come.
Our junior chefs hail from Norma Bull's second-grade class at Riner Elementary School in Montgomery County and three second-grade classes at Preston Park Primary School in Roanoke. Their recipes have not actually been taste-tested by our staff - all of that is strictly up to you.
As always, cooking times may vary according to altitude.
We'd like to thank the students and teachers at Riner and Preston Park for helping us put together this page.
