C.B. Huggins & Associates Inc., a new environmental management firm, has opened offices in the Crestar Plaza building in downtown Roanoke.
The firm was founded by Bren and Sidney Huggins, who together have 22 years experience in engineering-firm management and environmental consulting.
The firm will help clients comply with environmental and health and safety regulations and develop strategies for environmental management of industrial and commercial properties. Its specialties include converting environmentally damaged properties to commercial use. It will focus on management concerns and technical solutions rather than sampling and testing.
