Tonight's ``Festival of Lights'' parade in Roanoke will be two parades in one.
When snow caused the Vinton Christmas parade to be canceled Thursday night, Roanoke invited the bands, floats and other units to be in the city parade.
The Vinton parade will be incorporated into tonight's event, which begins at 6:30 at Victory Stadium.
``We felt it would be good to let them be in ours, and many units from the town parade will be,'' said Gary Leah, director of the Roanoke parade.
From the stadium, the parade will proceed north on Jefferson Street to Campbell Avenue and west to Third Street, where it will end.
