          enhanced Friday night by the addition of the official Roanoke City 
          Christmas tree's 900 colorful lights and star. Tiny Tim from Mill 
          Mountain Theater's production of "A Christmas Carol" lit the tree. 
          This year's tree is a spruce, and was donated by Mr. and Mrs. Bill 
          Rutledge of Vinton. color.
