In Monday's story about Lauren Wagner, the Richmond teen-ager offered early admission to Virginia Military Institute, the religious affiliation of her school was incorrect. St. Catherine's is an Episcopal school.

Clarifications

A Sunday Travel story included a list of states where accommodations are available at restored lighthouses.

Ria Lehman, administrator for the Lighthouse Preservation Society, said the group offers information on reservations, not the actual reservations. Also available is a raffle for an overnight stay in one of the lighthouses.

An illustration in Sunday's sports section indicated that the last state football champion from the Roanoke Valley before Salem's Group AA Division 4 title was by Patrick Henry in 1973. The chart referred to Virginia High School League state champions. However, Roanoke Catholic (1994) and North Cross (1993) won Virginia Independent School Division I state football titles.
