Neil ``Moon'' Reagan, President Reagan's older brother, died of heart failure Wednesday, his family said Thursday. He was 88.
Neil Reagan had been a program director at a radio station in Iowa and a radio announcer at KFWB-AM in Los Angeles.
He also directed his brother in the TV show ``Death Valley Days,'' and worked at CBS and then at the McCann-Erickson Advertising Agency until his retirement in 1973.
Neil Reagan and his wife, Bess, moved to California after Ronald Reagan came to Hollywood to act.
``We will miss him terribly,'' the former president and his wife, Nancy, said in a statement. ``We have been in constant contact with Bess in the last few days and have expressed our sympathy and love.''
The nickname Moon was taken from ``Moon Mullins'' comic strip.
