HAVE A COMPLAINT? WRITE FOR GUIDANCE

The Virginia Citizens Consumer Council is offering a free new publication. The VCCC Consumer Complaint Guide is a 19-page directory of public and private agencies that handle consumer complaints. The guide includes addresses and phone numbers for organizations including legal aid societies, state licensing boards and fraud investigators.

Single copies of the 1997 Consumer's Resource Handbook, published by the U.S. Office of Consumer Affairs, also are available free.
