Many health care workers, including the Lewis-Gale Clinic pediatric nurses, have made donations to the Good Neighbors Fund this holiday season, showing their commitment to more than just the physical well-being of the community.
"[We hope] that in some small way we have made a difference for some family," wrote the doctors at Consultants in Cardiology when they gave their donation.
Other donors chose to give to the fund in honor of the dedication of the staffs at Carilion Home Care Services, the Case Management Department at Lewis-Gale Medical Center, Parkway Physicians, and the Brambleton Clinic.
