Are you facing an unusual tax situation that doesn't seem to fit the government forms? Or do instructions in the tax booklet just seem more confusing than helpful?
For the fifth year, The Roanoke Times is soliciting tax questions from readers. The answers will be supplied by certified public accountants who are members of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. They have volunteered to answer tax-related questions from newspaper readers.
"Tax Questions" will be published every Monday on the Money Page from late January through April 7. The final questions must be received by Monday, March 30 to allow time for answers before the filing deadline on April15.
