If your family eats carry-out food, chances are that tonight's the night your dinner will come in a box, bag or a bucket.
Of 1,815 people surveyed recently for Kentucky Fried Chicken, 35 percent said that Friday is the most popular day for ordering carry-out food.
The survey also turned up a few other interesting nuggets, such as:
* The most sought-after dinner guest would be Tom Cruise, followed by Paul Newman, Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant.
* 28 percent of the participants eat carry-out food for their evening meal once a week; 20 percent eat carry-out twice a week.
* Most of the participants say they discuss the day's events over dinner (discussions about school take second place).
* Dad appears to be the silent type during dinner. Often, families take turns at dominating dinner conversation, but 28 percent of the participants said the kids talk the most, and 27 percent said the moms do. Only 15 percent said dad talks the most during dinner.
