New number-cruncher coming to RU

After a six-month search, Radford University has named a new chief financial officer. David A. Burdette will arrive Feb. 17 to take over the 8,200-student university's $82.9 million budget. Burdette comes from the State University of New York at Fredonia. For details, see today's Virginia section.
