The Roanoke Chapter of the the Southern Christian Leadership Conference will bring lawyers from the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to Roanoke each month to hear complaints of employment discrimination.
This month's sessions are Wednesday from 1 to 7 p.m. and Feb. 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Faith and Hope Church at Orange Avenue and 18th Street Northwest.
Also, on March 13 at 1 p.m., Jim Thorpe of the U.S. Department of Labor will be at the Faith and Hope Church to hear residents' complaints about companies that discriminate.
