EBONICS LECTURE AT TECH TONIGHT

Ebonics, a controversial term for black English, will be the topic of a presentation at Virginia Tech tonight by Robert Williams, author of the book "Ebonics: the true language of black folks."

Williams will speak on the history of ebonics and take questions from the audience.

The talk is free to the public and will be held in the Colonial Hall room in Squires Student Center, beginning at 8 p.m.
